A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

How we help real animals
Description

A cow's stomach has four compartments, which is about how many coffees some mornings need. The Cow Mug with Lid and Spoon comes ready for the first one.

  • Real size — holds about 300–400 ml (10–13.5 oz).
  • Hidden cow — a small 3D ceramic cow peeks up from the bottom of the spotted ceramic mug.
  • Complete set — a round lid with a notch for the spoon, and a spoon with a cow-print handle.
  • Easy gift — a ready-to-wrap set for birthdays, holidays or a new desk.

What you get
One ceramic mug, one lid and one spoon.

Care
Hand wash the mug and spoon with warm, soapy water. Wipe the lid with a damp cloth and let it dry fully.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
