A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

How we help real animals
Description

Sloths spend almost their whole lives upside down, hanging from rainforest branches. The Sloth Print Ankle Socks keep them right side up, on your feet.

  • Three designs — navy with a flower-crowned sloth hugging a heart, white with a mother sloth and her little one on a bamboo stalk, or light gray with an all-over pattern of orange, brown and teal sloths.
  • All-around print — bright, detailed artwork that wraps the whole sock.
  • Ankle cut — thin and stretchy, sits low in sneakers and flats.
  • One size — fits women's shoe sizes about US 5–8.5 (EU 35–40). See the size chart.

What you get
One pair of ankle socks in the design you choose.

Care
Machine wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Hang to dry.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
