A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

How we help real animals
Description

Cats have soft pads on their toes that muffle their steps, which is how they sneak up on you. The Fuzzy Cat Paw Socks Set gives you the same trick for late-night snack runs.

  • Paw toes — every sock ends in a white fuzzy paw with little claw lines.
  • Thick and fuzzy — soft, cozy socks for cold floors and lazy evenings.
  • Three sets — Calico Mix (black, calico and ginger), Tabby Mix (black, gray striped and black striped) or All Black (three black pairs).
  • One size — fits about US women's 5–8.5 (EU 35–40); see the size chart.

What you get
Three pairs of socks, in the set you pick.

Care
Machine wash cold inside out on a gentle cycle. Hang to dry and skip the dryer to keep them fluffy.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
