A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

How we help real animals
Description

Wild capybaras live in groups of about 10 to 20. This glittery one shows up in a surprise color, so every Glitter Capybara Squeeze Toy feels like opening a blind box.

  • Glitter gel — a see-through, jelly-like TPR capybara full of sparkles, with a big brown snout.
  • Slow rebound — squeeze it and it slowly comes back to shape.
  • Surprise color — each one comes in a random glittery color, such as gold, purple, blue, pink, orange or mint.
  • Desk buddy — a calm thing to squeeze during calls, study sessions or long days.

What you get
One glitter capybara squeeze toy in a surprise color.

Care
Rinse or wipe with a damp cloth and let it dry. Keep it away from sharp objects, lint, direct sun and heat.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
