A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

Description

Nobody has found life on another planet yet, but this little green visitor is clearly not from around here. The Alien Cat Keychain Set lands in pairs.

  • Soft plush — a chubby lime-green cat with little cat ears, two antennae with tiny ball tips, dot eyes and a grumpy stitched mouth.
  • Set of two — one for you, one for your favorite earthling.
  • Cord strap — a thin black cord with a silver-tone ring for keys, bag zippers and backpacks.
  • Easy gift — a matching pair for couples or best friends.

What you get
Two alien cat keychains.

Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
