A Projeto CAPA volunteer feeding wild capybaras by the Pinheiros River in São Paulo

Projeto CAPA

São Paulo, Brazil

Projeto CAPA watches over the wild capybaras of São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, freeing them from trash and keeping them safe. The fences they installed cut road deaths from 15 in 2023 to 1 in 2026.

How we help real animals
Description

Dolphins sleep with one half of their brain at a time, so they can keep swimming and breathing. The Sleek Dolphin Plush is happy to switch off completely next to you.

  • Real size — about 30 cm (11.8 in) long.
  • Smooth plush — a sleek dolphin with a white belly, a long rounded beak, small black eyes and curved fins.
  • Three colors — sky blue, silver gray or pink.
  • Easy gift — for the dolphin fan in your life (or for you, no judgment).

What you get
One dolphin plush in the color you choose.

Care
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then let it air dry.

Meet Projeto CAPA

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
