Description

Scarlet macaws are some of the loudest, chattiest birds in the Amazon canopy. The Tropical Bird Hand Puppet only talks when you do.

  • Real size — about 35 cm (13.8 in) tall.
  • Two birds — Scarlet Macaw (red with yellow and blue wings) or Toucan (black and white with a big yellow beak).

Along São Paulo’s Pinheiros River, Projeto CAPA looks after the capybaras who live right beside one of the city’s busiest roads. With their partner Belgo, they put up a protective fence along the riverbank, and it is working.
